About me

Hey! My name is Olga, I am passionate soul from Ukraine who has found her way to the sunny city of Brisbane. My journey has been an adventure of self-discovery and transformation, leading me to pursue a life filled with peace, purpose, and love.

Before my Australian chapter, I was living in beautiful Barcelona, Spain, where I had my own Real Estate company and European lifestyle. However, the constant stress and demands took a toll on me, and I realised that I have to change something about myself.

In 2022, I embarked on a “one way ticket” journey to South-East Asia to look for answers and new experiences.

It was there that I found solace in the practice of yoga and felt a profound connection to the ethereal realm of sound and vibration.

As I felt a lot connection with sound and different healing instruments, I decided to take healers and sound facilitators courses in Thailand.

It all started as a personal journey, but soon blossomed into a heartfelt mission to share the transformative power of sound with others. Witnessing the incredible impact it had on people's lives, I had decided to introduce the Sound Healing experience to the Brisbane community.

With every session, my goal is to create a sanctuary—a sacred space where you can escape the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your inner-self, and experience profound healing on all levels. Through gentle sound and vibrations, I invite you to embark on a transformative journey towards inner harmony, peace and well-being.

  • Sound Healing is a powerful healing therapy that combines different sounds, music, and vibration to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

This kind gentle therapy works at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels, and it help you to restore your body’s natural balance in a gentle, non-invasive way.

  • In a private 1:1 session, it will start with an assessment of the individual's issues and goals, followed by a bespoke sound healing and post review. In the beggining of the session you will be offered to lie down on a yoga mat (or sit if you prefer), close your eyes, relax and bring your attention to the sound and vibration.  ​As the sound waves and vibrations wash over you,  you may feel a range of physical sensations, such as tingling, warmth, or a sense of weightlessness. Usually people experience a deep sense of relaxation, and may even fall asleep during the session.

  • Sound healing can create a soothing effect on the body and mind, promoting relaxation and reducing stress. When we are relaxed, our bodies can better heal and restore themselves. Research suggests that sound waves can penetrate deep into our tissues and cells, potentially aiding in cellular healing and regeneration. Overall, sound has the power to bring harmony and balance to our bodies, contributing to the healing process.

  • ​It is advisable to wear comfortable and loose clothing when you come for a session, We also don't recommend wearing too short clothes, because you may feel cold when you lie down. An eye-pillow and a small cushion is good if you have one. For group sessions, kindly arrive 5 mins earlier to allow yourself time to settle down and experience the entire duration of the session.   Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or any metal implant, suffer from any kind of sound sensitive condition or have epilepsy.  I recommend drinking more water than you usually do after a session and generally take it easy. 

  • Private Sound Healing and 1 on 1 Sound Bath duration is 60-min. It includes: Individual assessment of personal issues and goals A safe, supportive and private space for your sound journey Post session review Warm tea and time to relax after the session Private Sound Healing Session cost 90$ Private 1 on 1 Sound Bath cost 90$ Private group sessions and couple sessions are available upon requests. 

  • In Brisbane I offer private sessions in beautiful Elements Yoga Studio  Location: 64 Logan Rd, Woolloongabba QLD 4102.   ​Located at a quiet area surrounded by positive energy and brings calmness.  There is parking area just in front of the studio for your comfort.

  • Even a single sound healing session can provide some benefits. However, the frequency of sessions can enhance the equilibrium of your body. The duration and number of sessions you need depend on your specific goals, whether they are physical, emotional, or mental. Some of our clients had noticed immediate physical changes or emotional shifts, while others may require more time. For acute or severe conditions, you may need multiple sessions. Since the body is a complex network influenced by emotions, physical sensations, memories, and traumas, the vibrational energy of sound works to stimulate cells and restore balance at a deep level. We offer discounted packages for those seeking sound healing as an ongoing restorative therapy.
